Rep. Kathy Chase Welcomes Reverend Herbert Henry
to the State House
State Representative Kathy Chase (R-Wells), Reverend Herbert Henry and his wife Reverend Joanne Stoughton stand in the House Chamber on March 17, 2009. Rep. Chase welcomed Rev. Henry to the State House to do the opening prayer before the House of Representatives convened for the day. Rev. Henry is currently the Reverend of the Congregational Church of Wells. He and his wife reside in Wells.
